FindHealth Africa operates as a remote healthcare directory platform connecting people with verified healthcare providers across Africa. We provide information about doctors, specialists, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical services directly.

2.2 Provider Verification

While we make reasonable efforts to verify healthcare providers listed on our platform by checking professional registrations and credentials, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of provider information. Users should independently verify provider credentials before seeking medical care.

2.3 No Doctor-Patient Relationship

FindHealth is an information platform only. Use of our platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and any healthcare provider, nor between you and FindHealth. You may book consultations for yourself or on behalf of family members (spouse, parent, children, etc.). All medical consultations and treatments are arranged directly between users and healthcare providers.

2.4 Pricing Information

Consultation fees, medical aid acceptance, and other pricing information displayed on our platform are provided by healthcare providers and may change without notice. Final pricing should be confirmed directly with the provider before booking consultations.

3. Provider Consultations and Communications

3.1 Consultation Requests

When you contact a healthcare provider through FindHealth, your inquiry is forwarded through our secure messaging system to protect your privacy. Providers are not obligated to accept consultation requests and may decline based on availability, specialization, or other professional considerations.

3.2 Payment Arrangements

All consultation fees, medical procedures, and related charges are arranged directly between you and your healthcare provider. FindHealth does not process medical payments and is not responsible for billing disputes. Payment terms, medical aid acceptance, and pricing should be confirmed with your provider before consultations.

3.3 Appointment Cancellations

Appointment cancellation policies are set by individual healthcare providers, not by FindHealth. Please contact your provider directly to cancel or reschedule appointments. Providers may charge cancellation fees according to their policies.

Important: FindHealth provides directory and information services only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information on our platform is for general informational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with questions regarding medical conditions.

In case of medical emergencies, call emergency services immediately. Do not rely on our platform for urgent medical situations.

5. Provider Responsibility and Liability

Healthcare providers listed on FindHealth are independent professionals responsible for their own medical practice, licensing, insurance, and patient care. FindHealth is not liable for the quality of medical services, medical outcomes, malpractice, or any disputes between patients and providers.

All medical care, treatment decisions, prescriptions, and medical advice are solely the responsibility of the treating healthcare provider. FindHealth does not supervise, direct, or control healthcare providers' medical practices.

6. Information Accuracy and Warranties

While we verify provider credentials and maintain updated information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of provider profiles, specializations, pricing, or availability. Users should independently verify all information before seeking medical care.

6.2 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. FindHealth may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any inability to access our platform.

6.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDHEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MEDICAL OUTCOMES, MISDIAGNOSIS, MALPRACTICE, INJURY, OR DEATH ARISING FROM HEALTHCARE SERVICES PROVIDED BY HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS LISTED ON OUR PLATFORM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING MEDICAL EXPENSES, LOSS OF INCOME, OR PAIN AND SUFFERING.

Our platform facilitates connections between users and healthcare providers but does not provide medical services. All liability for medical care rests with the treating healthcare provider, not with FindHealth.

When you contact healthcare providers through our platform, you may share health-related information. This information is transmitted securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your health information, but you should only share information necessary for scheduling consultations.

Healthcare providers are responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with applicable medical privacy regulations. This applies whether you are booking for yourself or on behalf of family members. FindHealth is not responsible for providers' handling of your health information after initial contact.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our platform or services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or healthcare standards
• Impersonate healthcare providers or misrepresent your credentials
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent health information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse healthcare providers or other users
• Share another person's health information without authorization
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or provider information

• Scrape or copy provider data for commercial purposes

10. Intellectual Property

All content on FindHealth, including text, graphics, logos, images, provider data compilations, and software, is the property of FindHealth or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Healthcare provider names, credentials, and professional information belong to the respective providers. FindHealth has license to display this information for directory purposes only.

11. Privacy and Health Information

Your use of our platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health-related information. We are committed to protecting patient privacy and implementing appropriate security measures for sensitive health data.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by international healthcare platform standards and applicable regional laws, including healthcare regulations and medical privacy laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable regional jurisdiction.

Medical malpractice claims and disputes between users and healthcare providers are outside the scope of these terms and should be pursued directly against the healthcare provider.
